Sha’Dare Lang is the Girls Director of 630 Volleyball helping lead athletes, ages 11-18. Her volleyball resume and coaching includes the following.

Sha’Dare Lang has been part of the volleyball community for the past 18 years and counting. Starting her freshmen year in high school she has exceeded expectations by being the all around six rotation player with professional, and NCAA Division 1 collegiate playing experience in the following positions: OH, OPP, MB, AND LIBERO. The San Diego native came to play at the University of Texas as the No. 5 recruit in the nation by the renowned PrepVolleyball.com in 2009. In addition she represented the United States as a member of the USA Women’s Junior National Team prior to Texas in 2009, and again in 2013 for the USA U23 World’s Championship Team coach by Karch Kiraly.

While at Texas, Lang was the senior team captain who led her team to win the 2012 NCAA National Championship. During her 4 years she made 3 Final Four appearances and 2 National Championship runs. She received several accolades throughout her college career including All Big 12 1st Team, 2012 AVCA All Central Regional Honors, and named to the 2012 NCAA All Tournament Team after the Texas Longhorns claimed their 2nd National Championship in school history.

After her distinguished college career McNeal played professionally in Italy, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and here in the United States. She landed her first coaching role at Wake Forest University as the Volunteer Assistant Coach. Furthermore she received her second coaching role at Texas Christian University as the Assistant Beach Volleyball Coach. More recently Lang has served as the Director of Operations/ Assistant Volleyball Coach at Arizona State University for the 2018-2019 season.

Sha’Dare currently resides in Oak Park with her husband, Joshua and daughter, Eylah.
