Taylor is stepping into the role of Assistant Director for both the boys and girls programs. She is primarily involved with the middle school, assisting our directors in developing middle and elementary volleyball programs and helping grow our organization to be the best in the state!

Taylor is a dedicated volleyball coach from Pueblo, Colorado, with over a decade of experience in volleyball. Having played competitively for 10 years, including a year at Elmhurst University, Taylor has developed a deep passion and understanding of the game. Taylor has accumulated 3 years of coaching experience at 630, working with both boys and girls teams at various levels. She has also been the Women’s Assistant Coach at Joliet Junior College for two years. Her enthusiasm for the game has made a positive impact on the development of young athletes, helping them improve their skills, teamwork, and love for volleyball.

Taylor’s coaching philosophy centers around building confidence and fostering independence through the game of volleyball. By empowering athletes to trust their abilities, make decisions on the court, and grow as individuals, Taylor aims to create not only strong players but also well-rounded individuals. Her approach emphasizes the importance of teamwork, communication, resilience, and self-discipline, helping young athletes gain the skills necessary for success both on and off the court.
