Season FAQ & refund policy
The questions families ask most, for the girls and boys programs, with the refund policy in full.
We committed early — do we still register for tryouts?
No. An early commitment covers the tryout fee, and there is no separate tryout registration to complete. Girls Program athletes must still attend the scheduled tryout. If you have committed and cannot find a registration link, that is why.
How do payments work?
A commitment amount secures the spot and comes off the season total. The remainder can be paid on a monthly plan. See the current Girls costs or Boys costs for the amount and what is included.
What if my athlete isn’t offered a spot?
Tryout fees are not refundable. Anything paid beyond that is returned.
What is included in the season fee?
All local tournaments and summer training events are included. Membership requirements differ by program; see the Girls and Boys season information below. For Girls, apparel, USA Volleyball membership and travel tournaments are listed separately on the Girls pricing page. Boys do not need a USA Volleyball membership; Boys apparel and travel fees are listed on the Boys pricing page.
Does my Boys athlete need to complete a membership form?
Yes. For 2026–27, complete the JVA club commitment form for your athlete and select 630 Volleyball. The club pays for membership. See the Boys season preparation steps for the form and what to bring to practice.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — financing and monthly payment plans are available.
What is the refund policy?
Club fees are non-refundable for any reason. In 630’s own words: “Once you have signed this agreement, you are financially committed and responsible for the full amount of the yearly dues and any balance on your account. Please note this truly means for any reason.” 630 highly recommends the insurance options offered at registration.
