Kailee Itzenhuiser
Youth Development Director
Oversees 630’s junior high programs and helps athletes prepare for high school volleyball and beyond. Head coach of Girls 14-1 and assistant coach of Boys 18-1.
Kailee’s work connects youth development with individual skill training. She helps athletes understand their game and build the self-awareness to make corrections in the moment.
Coaching approach
Kailee focuses on pin hitters and liberos. Her goal is to help athletes understand how to correct their own technique during play.
Experience
Kailee played outside hitter for all four years at Millikin University. She competes with the 630 Breeze Volleyball League of America team and brings at least eight years of coaching experience across junior age groups.
