We believe leadership goes beyond winning matches — it’s about building character, confidence, and responsibility that lasts a lifetime. Our Leadership Academy is designed to teach athletes how to lead with integrity, communicate effectively, and set the tone both on and off the court. Through workshops, team discussions, and hands-on experiences, players will learn how to be role models in their schools, their communities, and in every huddle they join.

• Must be a LA member to be a Team Captain
• Not all applicants are accepted to the program
• If accepted there is a $30 membership fee to help cover training expenses
